Become a trainer

A Student must participate in a Pre-Training Course regardless of the number of regular GYROKINESIS® classes he has attended before enrolling in the GYROKINESIS® Pre-Training Course.

The Pre-Training Course takes place over 6 days with a minimum of 24 hours of training structured every day as follows:
a) One session lasting between 90 minutes and two (2) hours conducted according to the Pre-Training Exercise Program.
b) A two (2) hour session designed to assist the Student in the perfect execution of the exercises presented in the Pre-Training Program List.

Upon successful comple tion of the Course, the Student will receive a Pre-Training Qualification Contract which will enable him to enroll in the Foundation Teacher Training Course.

The standard price of the Pre-Training Course, according to the directives of Gyrotonic Sales Corp, is € 550.00 + studio fee + VAT. The price changes if it is an individual course.
